摘要:小角楼是四川省著名十朵小金花白酒企业之一,本文从地理地质、水文气候、森林生态等方面综述了小角楼酒原产地——平昌县特殊的酿酒生态环境,为研究小角楼“森林生态酒”风格特征的形成机理奠定基础。

Abstract:Xiaojiaolou is one of the ten famous small jinhua liquor enterprises in Sichuan province, This paper summarized the special ecological environment of Pingchang county—the origin of Xiaojiaolou liquor, from theaspects of geography and geology, hydrology and climate, forest ecology and so on, It lays a foundation for studying the forming mechanism of the style characteristics of Xiaojiaolou forest ecological liquor.
